I am a commercially-focused and results-driven CIO, Programme Director, and Head of Transformation with 25 years of experience driving high-impact digital and business transformations across the Financial Services sector. My career spans leadership roles in both startup environments and established financial institutions, including Ashman Finance, Vive, Aldermore, Barclays, Barclaycard, and Santander, where I’ve successfully delivered large-scale, complex technology programs that drive operational success.With deep expertise in SME and Retail Banking, I specialise in Digital and Technology delivery, product development, payments architecture, IT strategy, service delivery, and enterprise architecture integration - across the entire customer lifecycle. I have led the successful Prudential Applications and Bank builds of two UK challenger banks, including greenfield banking architecture and operational builds, and managed/directed programmes including: new business lines (Aldermore SME Deposits), complex platform deliveries/migrations (Aldermore Commercial and Retail Mortgages), and highly complex operational transformations (Barclaycard Bank base-rate tracking).My technology expertise includes cloud architecture, IT security, SaaS, IaaS, and digital delivery, while my leadership experience includes managing cross-functional teams of up to 80 people and overseeing complex supplier setups.
