   Design and implement solutions based upon IBM technologies, including Power servers, Storage, and AIX, IBM i, and Linux operating systems. Lead customers across North America in pre-sales discussions including IBM environment architectures. Converge bought out IBM’s interest in the IBM Power for Google Cloud (IP4G) Google Marketplace solution and developed it further to include support for IBM i and Power Linux. • Utilize interpersonal communication skills to work directly with clients to design business solutions.• Work with IBM Delivery Team to ensure successful implementation of IBM technologies.• Developed solutions for migrating IBM i customers from on-premises environments to the cloud, including the IP4G environment.• Developed customer-facing documentation for IBM Power for Google Cloud, focusing on IBM i.• Worked on several large delivery projects including moving a large transportation and logistics company’s IBM AIX environment to the cloud.• Designed backup solutions for IBM i to help customers exploit Platform-as-a-Service offerings such as IP4G.• Serve as subject matter expert for migrating IBM i workloads to the cloud, and consult with customers during planning and discovery.• Migrate customers running IBM AIX and IBM i workloads to the cloud.• Develop solutions for automating cloud migrations utilizing native OS tools.• Maintain industry and vendor certifications to retain Business Partner status with major suppliers.
