We also oversee our legal, regulatory and compliance obligations too.Responsibilities:End-to-end recruitment delivery, which encompasses both internal and external hiring. Acting as a business partner to provide a consultative and professional recruitment service within Corporate Units.Working alongside various recruitment teams to deliver an effective and robust recruitment service, including new hire team, marketing and attraction, graduate, volume and international recruitment teamsAdvise, enable and implement the correct recruitment strategy for dedicated business areaBuild and develop relationships across hiring communities, stakeholder communities and 3rd party recruitment suppliers.Ensure all current and any new process and policy changes are adopted and adhered to, making sure all recruitment is fully compliant with BT and external policies
