Spencers Park, Hemel HempsteadI\'m currently Project lead for delivery of 600 new homes at Spencers Park in Hemel Hempstead.This development covers areas within both Dacorum and St Albans Councils and is a Homes England site. Development has been delayed as a result of the Chilterns Beechwoods Special Area of Conservation and requiring a SANG Mitigation Strategy to be agreed with the Local Authority.Construction works are progressing on-site with first occupations forecast for May 24.I have overseen planning matters since my initial involvement in the project in Dec 22 and I continue to work with all key stakeholders involved in the project.In addition to the ongoing matters on the first phase of construction I am also overseeing the second Reserved Matters Planning Application and have the target of making this submission in later spring.Base at Newhall, HarlowI continue to lead the team in respect of the ongoing delivery of circa new homes at Base, Newhall, Harlow.I have been involved with this project since completion of the Land Agreement in December 2016 and I oversaw planning matters for site infrastructure and housebuilding phases. A number of infrastructure contracts have been completed, and works are well progressed on site with the fifth phase of construction expected to start later this month.I continue to lead this complex project including in respect of all ongoing liaison with the Landowner, Harlow Council, Essex County Council, and the various other stakeholders.Great Kneighton, CambridgeI have been involved in this project since 2011 and development is now complete. Great Kneighton forms part of the Cambridge Southern Fringe Area Action Plan, which aims to deliver over new homes to the south of Cambridge.I remain involved with residual matters across the development including the adoption of roads and drainage infrastructure and the final handovers of public open space to Cambridge City Council.
