Responsible for leading a team of 4 Account Managers. Delivering sales of approximately £20 million per financial year, I am responsible for the professional growth of my team, planning and executing strategies to “market make”, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure relationships are developed and grown, and revenue growth within the region. Other responsibilities include managing some of the regions accounts which hold strategic significance to the business, as well as report generation so performance feedback can be provided to the Senior Leadership Team. Current accomplishments include- Full re-build of the North West team to create a dynamic and motivated team. Task still on going, however, strong steps taken and output now being seen- Navigating North West sales team through supply chain difficulties and a “flat” market to still create growth in different areas of the business- 800% growth in Assemblies within first year of role. Further 150% growth expected over FY25 as a minimum- Revenue margin increase by 3% in first year. Additional 2% targeted for FY25- Key account management of one of Routeco’s largest customers to create the strongest relationship held in over 20 years. This had led to a significant increase in revenue that is targeted to hit mid-7 figures by FY28. This will be over 300% growth within the account.
