I provide subject matter expertise on the CAFM system (MRI Concept), proactively collaborating with the client\'s CAFM supplier to facilitate the development of essential system changes. With an in-depth understanding of workflow development and the integration of SFG20 into MRI Concept, I lead the review of detailed functional specifications for third-party suppliers, including data integrators. My responsibilities are advising on key system activities, such as API integration, data dictionaries/specifications, and process workflows, ensuring that technical requirements are met for critical project phases, including testing and cutover. Additionally, I undertake tasks assigned by the project manager and other stakeholders, support the client in resolving key issues or concerns, and actively contribute to workshops and meetings by offering solutions and highlighting best practices. I also continuously analyse system workflows to assess their impact on the programme.
