ABOUT BEN HICKMAN-HERON
I began to develop a passion for Equality, Diversity & Inclusion (EDI) when I became Chair of the LGBTQ+ Network at the Wesleyan Assurance Society. I was then appointed EDI Partner at Balfour Beatty Vinci, working closely with the Supply Chain to develop EDI strategy and coordinated their Clear Assured submission which achieved Gold. I moved to EKFB as EDI Manager in 2024.
