I love the talent mobility industry. Our industry uniquely attracts kind, globally minded people who love helping one another relocating around the world. With more than 20 different verticals that comprise Talent Mobility, our industry has the most complicated supply chain in all of HR, and we can\'t solve our client\'s challenges without working together. As a supply chain professional with a big heart, I decided that being an innovator in the supply chain of talent mobility industry was for me.I learned the inner workings of the talent mobility industry from a strategic sourcing perspective. As Accenture’s Tower Lead for Global Mobility, I received an incredible education into the world of global mobility via over 50+ projects with 40+clients consisting of RFPs for RMCs, Immigration, Tax, Temporary Housing, DSP, Technology, Data, and of course moving Household Goods. But I had a problem. I couldn’t ensure my clients were going to receive quality moves at a fair price. Running RFPs in the space made things worse. Locking in rates and auditing every shipment added costs while decreasing quality - the exact opposite of what my clients wanted. There was no good solution, so I joined Ryan Keintz and built PricePoint to solve the challenges created from the complexity of move pricing. At PricePoint, we built an amazing team, the world\'s best move pricing engine, and elegantly simplified move pricing to the benefit of movers, RMCs, and corporations. Then Covid happened. It changed our industry, and the problems necessary to solve changed. Talent mobility increasingly started deferring the buying decisions of moving to the transferees via a greater usage of lump sum, managed cap, and core flex policies. These transferee types have unique needs and challenges. With transferees controlling how they move, they need better small shipment options that keep costs low, predictable pricing, and firm dates. All while receiving a great transferee experience. PricePoint merged with Cend in 2023 to solve these problems for RMCs, Corporations, and HR Platforms.My role is to help Cend grow through innovative digitally connected supply chain solutions.
