   My primary focus is consulting with insurance producers/agents on the long-term disability insurance and planning portion of the financial plans they create. I help teach insurance agents enough so they can sell the right policy to their clients, and look good doing it. My office also provides back-office support: once the producer completes the application and we coordinate with carrier underwriters to get a policy issued without any more work on the producer\'s part. I specialize in small business (<100 EE\'s) owner planning, including review of Buy-Sell agreements for feasible life and disability insurance funding; Business Overhead Expense protection to keep businesses running upon a business owner\'s disabiltiy; business protection against the loss of Key Employees; Qualified Sick Pay Plan counseling and review and coordination with tax and legal teams. I also specialize in Long-Term Disability Income solutions and training for producers/agents who focus on the non-business owner wage earners, both white and blue collar, and in the medical/dental fields. I also specialize in Long-Term Care planning for mid to high net worth individuals and couples, planning ways to offset asset spend-down upon late-onset disability, or perserve wealth transfer to families or estates. Specialties The majority of financial professionals who work with me tend to have very little experience working in the Disability Insurance field, and are open to coaching and education and outside help without having to case-share or have a drop in compensation for my hands-on assistance.
