About Ben Heacox
I am currently serving as a Business Operations Analyst for Varonis. Essentially, I serve as a business partner to a Regional VP and multiple Regional Managers, analyzing and enriching data to identify opportunities, establish goals, and provide advice on increasing regional productivity - leading to broader company success. I graduated from William Peace University in 2022 with a B.A. in Pre-Law and a minor in Business Administration. I completed my degree in just three years while partaking in various campus activities and leadership roles. I was a part of the baseball team, a Peer Mentor, and an Admissions Ambassador. Since graduating I started working at Varonis as a Territory Development Representative - helping organizations of all industries protect and manage their data from insider threats and ransomware. I personalize discussions on Varonis value, conduct unstructured risk assessments, and monitor all file and email touches. Additionally, I continued to stick around baseball as a youth coach and instructor - working with youth ages 9 to 18 to help them reach their potential as individuals and athletes. Currently serving as a head coach for an 11u (c/o 2032) & 16u (c/o 2027) team and providing individual lessons + training programs to kids in the area.
