I lead IT and software development strategy across all PRFM sites in the UK and Europe, reporting directly to senior leadership. My role covers everything from infrastructure and cybersecurity to bespoke system design, automation, and client integrations.I\'ve helped transform PRFM from a small national operation into a high-growth enterprise with secure, scalable technology at its core. I\'ve led projects that replaced costly commercial systems with in-house solutions, developed SaaS-style fulfilment and labelling platforms in C# and PHP; achieved ISO 27001 accreditation through meticulous policy implementation, documentation, and record keeping; and implemented automation that drastically improved accuracy and output.I also manage supplier relationships, vendor procurement, and client engagement, ensuring technology decisions are cost-effective, secure, and aligned with business goals. My focus has always been on using smart, maintainable technology to drive growth, save money, and make complex processes simple.
