In addition to holding the General Manager title at Allied Resources Technical Consultants (ARTC) agency staffing business, my additional responsibilities are leading the Allied Resources Group (ARG) corporate talent acquisition program supporting 9 operating companies with a combined workforce of 1,100+ nationwide employees across multiple industries- Develop and execute enterprise-wide talent acquisition strategy, aligning hiring practices with ARG’s long-term growth goals and organizational culture- Partner with executive leadership and business unit heads to forecast workforce needs and design scalable recruiting initiatives to meet high-volume and specialized hiring demands- Build and manage a team of recruiters fostering a collaborative, metrics-driven culture of accountability and results- Establish employer branding campaigns that enhance ARG’s visibility and attractiveness in competitive talent markets- Negotiate vendor partnerships, job boards, and recruitment marketing contracts to maximize ROI and streamline costs- Partner with HR leadership to align onboarding, retention, and career development programs with recruiting outcomes for long-term organizational success.
