ABOUT BEN GREGSON

I’m an Assistant General Counsel at Kraken, where I advise on digital assets, derivatives, financial services, electronic money, and payments products across the UK and EU. I also provide counsel to Crypto Facilities Ltd, Kraken Group’s UK-based regulated trading venue for perpetual futures.Before joining Kraken, I was Legal Counsel at Revolut, focusing on crypto products and regulatory matters within the UK and EU. Beforehand, I worked as an Associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher, working on antitrust litigation involving collusion and abuse of dominance in crypto, payments, and digital markets. Prior to that, I began my legal career as a Solicitor at Russell McVeagh, advising clients across telecommunications, energy, aviation, tobacco, pharmaceutical, and primary sectors on regulatory, public law, and trade law matters.
