I joined this incredible organization during a time of great change and promise. We transitioned from being founder-led as central Oregon was growing rapidly and in need of a lead advocacy voice to ensure it was done sustainably. This required a retooled strategy to scale capacity, grow revenue, and increase community engagement. Since my start in 2020, building an incredible board and staff, enhancing our strategic operations, clearly defining our niche within the central Oregon environmental ecosystem, and elevating the work of this impactful organization has been among the highlights of my career.
