I co-founded WhenWorks to solve a simple but overlooked problem, how hard it is to make casual, spontaneous lunch plans at work. As Founder & CEO, I’ve led the development and launch of the platform from the ground up with a team of three co-founders and two developers.My focus is on product vision, brand positioning, and go-to-market strategy. I manage everything from design and user experience to growth initiatives and early user onboarding. We\'re currently live in Toronto and testing across several office buildings as we continue iterating based on real user feedback.This is an ongoing journey in building a product people actually use and enjoy, and learning everything that comes with leading a startup from zero to one.
