Hi, I’m Ben and I have a passion for challenges!In the year 2019 I set myself two brand new ones:1. Complete my CIPD Level 5 in HR Management (now completed!)2. Learn to play the piano (ongoing/user error issues)After working with some inspiring HR colleagues I decided to dip my toe into this new world and over the last few years being a naturally curious person I wanted/needed to learn more.With this newfound interest, I completed my CIPD level 5 qualification alongside further study in safer recruitment training, Employment Law & carrying out Investigations courses with ACAS.Now too deep to return back to my previous life I\'m 100% invested into building on the existing skills and knowledge I already have of HR and becoming an expert.
