About Ben G Schachter
In 2006, Ben joined The Signature Real Estate Companies and became the firm’s Broker and President. With a comprehensive background in real estate sales, mortgage finance, marketing and business development, Ben was the perfect fit for the organization, which had experienced little growth during the decade prior to his arrival. The organization quickly underwent tremendous operational changes under Ben’s leadership, including amongst other things, developing an industry first \"Agent Centric\" culture based on a fee-free business model for luxury brokerages. Over 16 years, the firm grew to more than 1,400 agents in 3 states and 20+ offices. In 2015 Ben Co-Founded TotalBrokerage Software to innovate technology in the real estate industry and consolidate all tech tools into a single, mobile-friendly platform designed by brokers for brokers. The industry\'s first all-in-one platform continues to grow nationwide and has extended to South American and European brokerages as well.
