I’m a Packaging Procurement & Strategic Sourcing Leader with 19+ years’ experience across food retail and FMCG manufacturing, specialising in packaging category management, cost reduction, and supplier strategy.My expertise spans plastics, paper, and aluminium, where I help businesses address rising costs, supply risk, and sustainability requirements through data-led sourcing strategies, commercial negotiation, and supplier performance management.At M&S Food, I deliver multi-million-pound annual cost savings, lead cross-category packaging sourcing initiatives, and influence decision-making across commercial, technical, development and sustainability teams.
