At Capita Pension Solutions, I work within the team responsible for administering the UK Civil Service Pension Scheme (CSPS)—one of the largest and most complex public sector pension schemes in the country. We manage the end-to-end pension journey for over 1.5 million active, deferred, and retired civil servants. My focus is on delivering accurate administration, seamless payroll processing, and high-quality member engagement, ensuring that those who serve the public are financially secure in their retirement. We are currently navigating significant industry changes, including digital transformation and the implementation of the 2015 Remedy (McCloud).
