I lead technical programs at the intersection of AI engineering and operational execution. I architect multi-agent AI systems and Bayesian forecasting platforms, and I\'ve spent years inside high-throughput manufacturing and fulfillment. Currently supporting industrial automation (PLC, robotics, MHE) at a Target distribution center. That combination shapes how I run programs. I\'ve shipped a multi-agent AI platform end-to-end on a modern stack (Next.js, Supabase, Claude/Gemini orchestration, Bayesian + Monte Carlo forecasting). I\'ve also deployed a custom Python IoT monitoring system on packaging lines that informed maintenance decisions tied to a 30% reduction in maintenance costs. The same instinct — get close to the operational reality, then build something that actually moves a metric — runs through both. Most effective on programs where understanding what the user or operator actually does matters as much as the technical solution: AI inside industrial and operational contexts, IoT and connected-operations platforms, and AI-native SaaS products where the team needs a PM who can read code, run roadmap, and translate between engineering and the field.
