I am a Partner at Lindsays and Head up the Employment Law team. We provide clients with legal advice on a full-range of employment matters including; contract and policy drafting; disciplinary and grievance matters; redundancies and restructuring; equality and discrimination; guidance on commonplace employment law and HR strategy issues; and TUPE. My focus is to work with clients to help manage their HR risk, from employee dismissals and redundancies to representing them at Employment Tribunals. I am experienced in advising Senior Executives at large organisations on and reaching a settlement agreement when exiting the company. I provide support to a range of clients, mainly in the SME and charities sectors across Scotland. For clients who require flexible pricing I can offer ‘prism’, a package of employment law services at a fixed-fee, which allows me to deliver advice to my clients whilst giving them the reassurance that their legal needs are taken care of.
