I\'ve been in real estate since 2014 and truly enjoy helping sellers and buyers with their real estate needs. I have helped clients as far away as San Francisco, Gilroy, Boulder Creek and Oakland. After a few years running all around the Bay, I\'ve honed in on the South Bay Area, while building a great list of fantastic referral agents for the areas I don\'t work. That way I can help you, you\'re friends, your family, and your colleagues either directly, or by connecting them with another great agent in the area they want to be.My experience with buyers has helped me guide sellers to prepare their homes for market in order to maximize appeal and create interest, ultimately helping them sell for a great price with terms that accommodate my clients timeline. I have consistently outpaced the market with each of my listings to date.I have also completed several buyer service training courses with Keller Williams, including learning strategies for writing winning offers in a highly competitive market. In addition, I have taught Ignite, the course designed for new agents and agents relaunching their business. I have also pursued negotiation training to become a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) and continue to bolster my negotiation skills through reading, education, and real life practice.
