I strive to create the best possible customer experience. Whether that\'s through direct one on one interaction, constant updates to available resources, or informative campaigns at scale, I always want the user to understand all that is available. When faced with a new challenge, I hold myself to the highest standards others might expect and I excitedly dive in to learn as much as possible to come up with a solution that benefits everyone.My desired to create a better experience came from working directly with a variety of groups in outdoor education. I\'ve since brought that deep sense of empathy I developed to working at budding tech companies, helping users get the most out of products and providing flexibility to solve unique issues as they arose. I enjoy nothing more than hearing people\'s stories and do that as much in my personal time as I do with helping clients. Every day I look for something new to learn from someone and try my best to make that a part of my life moving forward.
