Working with local authorities in the West Midlands managing the implementation and upkeep of the WMTemps framework in collaboration with West Midlands Employers (Currently supporting Walsall Council, Shropshire Council, Bromsgrove and Redditch Council, Telford and Wrekin Council, Newcastle under-Lyme Borough Council, Wyre Forest District Council, Rugby Borough Council and South Staffordshire Council).Assisting hiring managers with intel of costs of interims and agency activity, providing workforce strategies to improve hiring standards and retention and advising on best practice for attraction strategies and advertisement.Implementing localised workforce streams in collaboration/partnership working with JCPs, Walsall Works, The Link in order to advertise and fill position in local authority services.Working with Schools, Colleges and Universities across the region in order to promote what a career in local authority looks like to try and drive the next generation of professionals through to Councils roles.Advising on attraction strategies for hard to fill permanent position.Providing UK wide workforce oversite to allow local authorities to have full intel of market activity to enable them to plan recruitment campaigns.
