Cyber security Managed Services team leader focusing on delivering the best service for our customers, constantly evolving our service and growth.Key Responsibilities: Leading the managed service engineering team. This includes being an escalation for any challenging technical issues, conducting monthly reviews with each member of the team, manage rotas and leave, accurately record HR type events and taking interviews when new positions open up in the team. Designing and launching new Managed Services and MSP offerings. This includes creating all service elements, pricing the services, helping to write terms and conditions and then launching the new offerings internally and to our customers. All our customers were moved onto the offerings I built and I helped to sell these into dozens of new enterprise and public sector businesses. Lead on all our renewals and new customer acquisition including pricing and technical scoping. Leading and being a part of our on-call 24/7 service. This also includes managing rotas and being available 24/7 365 for any escalations and incidents even when I am not directly on-call. Technically and commercially managing our bespoke service offerings. These are typically for very large enterprises and am currently managing a security service for a Tier-1 UK retailer with an estate of endpoints. Completing projects as required by the business. Recently this includes building and launching MSP offerings, testing and configuring various technical solutions required to deliver our services including ticketing systems and monitoring platforms.
