Process is one of the most interesting areas of the tech industry for me right now. The surface where code meets people is one of the trickiest parts of software development to master, and that\'s where I like to solve problems.Currently my focus is tightening feedback loops throughout tech organizations, bringing development, operation, and QA together to better communicate and orient to better deliver a value stream.I am passionate about teaching. I have taught dance for twelve years in various cities and during that time have worked with others in the organization to completely revamp the experience starting when students first step through the door. I would love to take my experience with teaching out of the dance context and into a technology-centered context, and learn more about general teaching principles.
