ABOUT BEN CRESSMAN
A graduate from the University of Guelph with a Bachelor of Commerce specializing in Real Estate and Housing, Ben started his career immediately in the commercial real estate field working with MPAC assessing regional commercial properties. Ben’s role focused on market research, data analysis and market analysis. Transitioning to Property Management and Development where he continued to use his substantial background in construction and knowledge base of residential and commercial real estate to ensure success on a daily basis. Roles include managing accounts, budgeting/forecasting, cost/tax allocation and collections, as well as overseeing construction, maintenance and other contracts. Ben enjoys the challenge of creating management systems that allow for the unique requirements of each individual tenant and building. Transitioning to Asset Management his industry experience gives him insight on the analysis of operations, the ability to effectively problem solve and leverage opportunities to realize value. He is an open minded, adaptable, problem-solver able to look at challenges by seeing what is possible. Action-oriented, Ben uses his energy and enthusiasm to optimize what he has to work with and leverages his talents to achieve goals, with an ability to think on his feet and use common sense.
