   Provide design-build and bid specification construction documents for mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing design services for residential, commercial, and industrial facilities. Specifically, perform HVAC load calculations, perform equipment selections, calculate and perform duct design, and refrigerant and drain line layouts. Additionally perform natural gas, domestic water supply, and sanitary load calculations, system sizing, and layout designs. Also, responsible for forensic mechanical engineering services on HVAC and mechanical systems. Deliverables include verbal and written reports and expert testimony in either trial or depositions.
