Commercial real estate investment analyst for Preferred Capital Advisors, a full service real estate advisory firm focused on capital markets, debt placement and equity advisory. My role is to conduct underwriting and analysis on both individual and portfolio real estate assets on a wide range of product types including industrial, office, multifamily, retail and agricultural investments. Analysis is ultimately used for capital allocation decisions from both a debt and equity perspective of commercial real estate investments.
