I am a New Zealand qualified legal Associate in the Corporate law field. I am currently based in London, United Kingdom, working in an in-house role as Legal Counsel at Marex, with a focus on M&A legal. Prior to arriving in London, I was an Associate at Mayne Wetherell in Auckland, New Zealand until May 2023. Before joining Mayne Wetherell I worked in the Corporate team at Lane Neave in Auckland and Christchurch, New Zealand.I have particular experience in the areas of Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Corporate Advisory, Restructures, Joint Ventures, Corporate Governance, Financial Markets, Retirement Villages and general Corporate and Commercial Contracting among others.My experience encompasses a broad spectrum across a variety of clients, including international private equity funds, venture capitalists, multinational businesses, leading national property developers, small to medium sized businesses and wealthy individuals.I have a strong sense of cultural competency and resilience having undertaken a legal internship in Spain and studied in China, and hold a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of Commerce (focused in Marketing) from the University of Canterbury.
