Ben leads Cushman & Wakefield\'s City of London capital markets team. He specialises in advising clients on the sale and purchase of commercial real estate investments in the City but also across the wider Central London market, including the West End, Midtown and Canary Wharf. Ben has advised on approximately £5bn of commercial property investments. Ben advises a wide variety of clients from the UK, Europe, Asia, North America and the Middle East, including domestic and international funds, property companies, private investors, sovereign funds and asset managers.Ben has advised his clients on multiple transactions such as the c. £200m sale of Lion Plaza, the c.£300m purchase of a 50% interest in Fen Court, the c.£140m sale of 60 Gracechurch Street, the £115m purchase of 15 Fetter Lane, the £400m sale of the Amundi Collection of 8 assets, the £410m purchase of 30 Gresham Street, the c.£190m purchase and subsequent sale of Thames Court and the £200m sale of 70 Mark Lane. DTZ and Cushman & Wakefield merged in October 2015 under the Cushman & Wakefield name. During his career at C&W / DTZ, Ben has been based at both the firm\'s West End and City of London offices, where he currently works.
