I’m a Partner in BDO’s Deal Advisory team, helping founders, owners and investors get deals done with confidence. I partner with business owners, investors and portfolio companies on: Buy‑side financial due diligence focused on value, quality and risk Sell‑side support to position assets strongly for exit🧩 Bolt‑on acquisitions and integration planning Refinancing and fundraise diligence Exit readiness and performance analytics Complex, contested or time‑critical situationsI spend most of my time working with tech focused mid‑market businesses across Yorkshire and the North East - people who are growing fast, raising capital, acquiring, selling or simply trying to work out what’s next.I joined BDO in 2025 after 18 years at EY, where I worked across Sheffield, Leeds, Stockholm and London. A big chunk of that time was with EY’s Technology, Media & Telecoms team, supporting some brilliant businesses and investors on everything from buy‑side and sell‑side due diligence to IPO prep, exit readiness and complex or contested deals.Originally from Sheffield (and still proudly calling it home), I care deeply about supporting entrepreneurs and leadership teams in our region.
