I believe that if we invest in people, then process will emerge from the cohesive team and this way they will take greater ownership. It’s so important to bring people along on the journey rather than enforce them to follow a path. Experience shows that if you go the enforcement route, they’ll dig their heels in and refuse to join you on the journey.
