ABOUT BEN CHADWICK
A Compliance Project Manager at Source Intelligence - The Compliance Map, and a former Transport Planner and Rail Planning & Economics Consultant.I have previously completed the Arriva UK Trains graduate scheme, working with Chiltern Railways and Arriva Rail London (London Overground). The completion of the AUKT graduate scheme led to me joining Oxfordshire County Council as an active travel transport planner, where I developed and advised on various active travel policies and strategies for the county.As an Arriva UK Rail Graduate, I was exposed to fast-paced and time-pressured aspects of the UK transport network. I led the delivery drive of a variety of innovation projects which simultaneously benefitted ARL\'s KPI regime & London Overground customers. Furthermore, during my time with Chiltern Railways, I uniquely experienced the added pressures of implementing multiple timetable changes in very short timeframes, during the Covid-19 pandemic.
