I\'ve spent years in the financial sector accruing vast experience from well over a decade of experience. My first engagement was with financial services company, as well as dealing with debt recovery and litigation, I stayed with them for 13 years. During my time here I crafted my trade in making business relationships, developing due processes to the business and financial world. I also managed a team learning leadership skills and taking my career to the next stage.I learned I had enough business acumen and strong enough communication skills that it may be time to move on to my next challenge which is where I find my self now. In my current role as a Recruitment Consultant with First Achieve, I work closely with both client and candidates to bring them together for roles and work. It\'s about knowing exactly the needs, and requirements of both the client and the candidate, this is where my focus lies!
