I build and scale platforms that support how legal work actually gets done.Over the past decade I’ve worked across legal operations, technology, and transformation inside law firms and in-house teams in the UK and internationally. Much of that time was spent designing and implementing structured workflows: mapping processes, defining triggers, and introducing repeatability into complex environments.That work delivered real value. It also revealed the limits of deterministic automation in a profession driven by judgement and context.Today my focus is on operationalising AI in professional services.The challenge is not simply adding capability. It is deciding where intelligence should live, how responsibility is shared between humans and systems, and how trust is designed into the platform itself.Generative AI is now mainstream. Agentic systems are emerging quickly. The real work is architectural: reducing friction, supporting professional judgement, and building infrastructure that organisations can rely on.I’m interested in disciplined product design and sustainable change expanding capacity without eroding accountability.
