From Energy Efficiency Projects in Schools and Universities that improve students\' overall classroom experience while reducing carbon emissions, to Solar Power projects and Zero Energy School designs that produce a building that has NO ENERGY UTILITY COSTS. CMTA has the first Zero Energy School in the Nation in 2009 and that school continues to receive a check BACK from the power company each year. CMTA has designed over 40 Zero Energy buildings since. Many of our projects save 30 to 50% of a building\'s utility bill, with our best being 62%. We are happy to work with Hospitals, Municipalities, Universities, and some Manufacturing (solar).
