ABOUT BEN BUCHMILLER
In May of 2010, I graduated Santa Barbara City College with an Associates of Science Degree in Drafting/CAD (Computer Aided Drafting). In January 2011, I transferred to Brigham Young University-Idaho (BYU-I). I graduated with my BS degree in Construction Management in December 2014; clusters in Business Management and Residential Design. I started my career with Verity Homes shortly after graduating in January 2015. After working over two and a half years as a Purchasing Assistant/Estimator, I became the Purchasing Manager. After gaining a few years of experience I led as Vice President of Production Support supporting the Operations/Procurement teams at Verity Homes. I made the move from Verity Homes to Bobcat Company in spring of 2021. Taking my experience from purchasing/procurement for residential homes to pricing out aftermarket parts for North America. I also became my own general contractor to construct my personal home from May 2021 to September 2022. My evenings and weekends I am an on-call part-time firefighter with the Mandan City Fire Department. Every 4th Monday of each month (20••••27) I represent the city of Mandan as a Planning & Zoning commissioner. I excel at time management to perform at my best in all that I do.
