Global Safety, Health & Environment (SH & E) Transformation LeadI’m leading a 12–18 month transformation to shape how Ecolab’s 270-strong SH & E team supports associates in 172 countries. My focus is to make it easier for our teams to keep people safe, protect the environment, and meet our commitments everywhere we operate.This work brings together colleagues from across our business to design a structure, tools, and ways of working that reduce risk, improve efficiency, and free up our people to do what they do best. It’s about creating a function that will last well beyond my tenure, with the right leadership in place for the future.
