In addition to leading CPI\'s U.S. Programs team, Ben leads CPI\'s blended finance and capital mobilization workstream, including overseeing several investor coalitions, accelerators, and pre-seed funds focused on supporting transformative climate finance solutions. CPI\'s flagship blended finance program, the Lab, is an investor coalition and accelerator of over 100 governments, development finance institutions, and private investors that develops and launches new funds and enterprises and drives billions into renewable energy, energy efficiency, sustainable cities, land-use, and other sectors. Ben also oversees the Catalytic Climate Finance Facility — a joint venture between CPI and Convergence that offers seed funding and support to blended finance managers.Ben manages a global team of analysts and consultants, and collaborates with CPI leadership, investors and funding partners to set and implement strategic direction, oversee deliverables, and manage engagement with stakeholders.Ben contributes regularly to CPI publications, and thought leadership related to climate finance, carbon markets, public finance, and blended finance, including articles and OpEds, Lab research reports, and webinars, in addition to representing the Lab externally at conferences and events.
