ABOUT BEN BRIKMAN
I am interested in why people make certain decisions and how I can impact them for the better.I am currently a Behavioral Scientist at Vanguard, where I work with a talented team of experts to improve financial outcomes for our investors.Most recently, I was on the interdisciplinary Behavior Change and Design team at Cityblock Health, using the behavioral science toolkit to improve health outcomes for marginalized communities. Prior to that, I helped launch and support the revamped behavioral science topic, the Behavioral Science Lab, at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), which aimed to bring a human-centric approach to how BCG addresses organizational challenges. Prior to that, I served as a lean experimenter and project manager for Walmart’s Applied Behavioral Science (ABS) team, helping run in-store experiments.Graduate of the Master of Behavioral and Decision Sciences (MBDS) program at the University of Pennsylvania and the Bachelor\'s in Economics program at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas.
