This role’s responsibility was to execute a 360 sales-cycle, focusing on companies within the UK & Swiss markets that were generating up to £30 million revenue per year. In this role you needed the ability to find and understand a sector\'s operation that would be most relevant for using Revolut Business. Tooutreach to these businesses through email, calling & LinkedIn to create interest and therefore book a first meeting.Full discovery of the business’s banking set-up and costs, demoing the Revolut product to their key stakeholders, finance & accounting teams in multiple meetings to then onboard thecompany, walking their relevant team members through this process and ramping their team onto the platform to increase spending and overall usage of the business account. Initiating catch-up calls to up-sell features that weren’t being used or new products the Revolut team had added to the platform. Bringing specialist team members onto client meetings to make sure their company was benefiting from the complete Revolut product set and ultimately leading to more revenue for the business.Achievements- Overall target average of 283.77%(Highest achievement 440.5% in Q3 2023)- Q3 2023 was my highest ranking in Sales Org placing 14th out of 799 AE’s (98thpercentile)-Overall leadership table position in Sales Org in 2023 was 75th out of 799 AE’s (92ndpercentile)-April - November achieved top 10% of Sales Org for monthly outbound closed-wondeals- 160% attainment of AE Adoption Formula (top 10 in Sales Org)- Top outbounding AE in my team (16 AEs) in Q2,Q3, Q4 and current quarter- Hosting 3 conferences at UK HQ for UK/EU based universities visiting Revolut- With senior targets, I have averaged above 100% in 2024 so far
