I am a PhD Candidate in Digital Public Infrastructure, focusing on technology governance, sovereignty, and the maturity of decentralised technologies in small jurisdictions.In parallel, I work at the protocol layer of Web3. As a Product Lead & Tech Resident at Nouns Builder DAO, I help shape and deliver open-source infrastructure for on-chain governance communities.My background combines qualitative research, policy analysis, and hands-on protocol development. I am particularly interested in governance design, institutional maturity, and public policy on innovative technologies.
