I lead financial technology internal communications for Merchant Payment Services (MPS), a division of U.S. Bank Payment Services. This role includes communications, multi-media and events support for the MPS EVP and the Senior Leadership Team. I’m responsible for the content and engagement strategy to tell MPS’s story, connect our people to the business plan, and contribute to a positive employee experience. I cover business updates, product developments, industry conferences/events, and employee engagement news for our team members based in the U.S, Canada and Europe. I also develop talking points for executives’ internal and external speaking engagements. I publish news stories to Inside USB (intranet) and the U.S. Bank Company Blog (external). I also develop a monthly internal newsletter called “Here & Now” and manage the production of quarterly Town Hall meetings.
