My job responsibilities include- Account Management: Handling key company accounts and partnering with hiring managers to fill open positions in the shortest timeline - Staffing and recruitment: attracting and sourcing candidates for full-time and contract roles (C2C/C2H/1099/W2)- Full-cycle recruitment process: 360-degree hiring process ranges from prescreening resumes to phone screening candidates, submitting the HM, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
