ABOUT BEN AXELROD

I am an effective and motivated leader with a passion for privately-held companies that comprise the heart and soul of American business. My current role encompasses the many aspects of building connections with leaders who are looking to transition out of business ownership. We acquire, manage, and grow great companies by supporting hard-working management teams and their employees. Our work is grounded on trust, respect, and a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to succeed as a privately-held business in today\'s America. In the previous eight years, I started, nurtured, and built a new M&A advisory practice within a multi-billion dollar professional services firm. Along the way, I had the opportunity and pleasure of working with many remarkable business owners. These leaders have achieved outstanding results through their hard work, honesty and integrity, clear vision, and genuine concern for their teams and employees. These are the same values that I bring to my work and the teams I lead. My prior professional advisory experience spans more than two decades. I have a passion for working with privately-held businesses, which I demonstrate by building deep relationships with clients and offering high-touch, bespoke solutions. My experience covers mergers and acquisitions for both private and public companies, including sell-side advisory assignments, buy-side advisory assignments, leveraged buyouts, divestitures, initial public offerings, secondary offerings, and private placements.
