Responsible for the desktop, tablet and mobile designs for Bwin and the in-house betting terminals in Ladbrokes stores. I have experience working with native functionality, as well as more \'unique\' interfaces which provide specific challenges (such as being geared towards older generations).Took on the task of reinvigorating our research process, with a greater emphasis on qualitative research, conducting interviews and setting up templates and research plans for the team.Accustomed to working in agile environments across multiple continents.Designed and prototyped a stream and bet experience for users to watch a sporting event on their phone and contextually bet on it at the same time.Re-mapped and redesigned the global navigation of the sportsbook with an emphasis on reducing clutter and allowing for greater user flexibility.Responsible for running creative workshops within which we attempt to imagine the future of the sportsbook.Involved in the creation of the new Entain global design system. Emphasis on analysis of all existing components, creation of new token system, working closely with developers and writing new documentation.
