I\'m a passionate people-person who sees the potential in others and helps them find outstanding employment opportunities and growth in their career! Spending most of my career in sales and management, I\'ve always had a keen interest in watching the people around me grow. That\'s since lead to a career in Talent Acquisition and I couldn\'t be happier! Talent Acquisition is so much more than posting jobs and reading resumes - just like sales, it\'s all about people. Today\'s top companies understand that acquiring talent isn\'t just about hiring great people, it\'s about keeping them! And in order to do that you have to provide employees with a realistic vision of what they\'ll be doing each day, as well as a path towards career growth and success! People perform at their best when they\'re happy in their current role. Equally important, and often overlooked, is that they also need to feel challenged in order to grow - that takes commitment from great mentors who truly want the best for the people around them. I\'ve had amazing mentors and as a result I\'ve been able to grow in amazing ways, both personally and professionally. The reason I can excel in my role now is because I\'ve experienced that same path towards growth and opportunity all throughout my career. And so, as a witness to what\'s possible, I can sincerely promote our organization to the people I meet!
