As the Campus Director of Operations & Education for PCI Waterbury, I provide strategic and operational leadership for a diverse campus community, overseeing nine academic programs including Practical Nursing, Medical Assisting, Dental Assisting, Automotive Technology, HVACR, Plumbing, Electrical, CADD, and Computer & Network Technology.I lead all aspects of academic operations, student experience, faculty development, compliance, and campus performance. My role requires balancing day-to-day operational needs with long-term planning that aligns with institutional mission, accreditation standards, and student success goals.A key highlight of my tenure includes successfully guiding the Waterbury campus through both a Change in Ownership (COE) accreditation visit and a full 5-year ACCSC Renewal of Accreditation, each completed with strong outcomes and positive feedback. This work reflects my commitment to quality, continuous improvement, and evidence-based leadership.Additional responsibilities include:Ensuring full compliance with ACCSC accreditation standards and institutional policies.Overseeing Program Coordinators, faculty teams, and operational departments to maintain instructional quality and exceptional student support.Leading campuswide initiatives that drive retention, graduation, employment outcomes, and student satisfaction.Strengthening employer partnerships, overseeing Program Advisory Committees (PACs), and supporting faculty professional development.Managing facilities, resources, and campus operations to ensure a safe, efficient, student-centered environment.I take pride in fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and student-focused excellence while supporting over 500 students and a multidisciplinary team of professionals.
