ABOUT BEN AITCHISON

Ben is a seasoned Portfolio Director in the beverage alcohol industry, with over a decade of experience driving sales growth and brand success across wine, spirits, and emerging THC beverage categories. He holds a WSET Level 2 certification and a master\'s degree in criminal justice and investigations.At Allied Beverage Group, the largest distributor of wine and spirits in New Jersey, Ben leads a $150M+ spirits portfolio that includes 25+ suppliers such as Pernod Ricard, Remy Cointreau, Stoli, and Chatham Imports. He is responsible for developing and executing strategic brand plans, optimizing pricing and promotional structures, launching new products, and delivering impactful product knowledge training to accelerate market penetration and profitability.Ben also plays a key leadership role in building Allied’s THC beverage business from the ground up, helping to secure launch partnerships, shape pricing and program architecture, and ensure a structured and scalable go-to-market strategy.He provides regular business reviews to senior management, using financial analysis and consumer insights to guide decision-making and identify growth opportunities. Ben is known for bringing innovative, results-driven solutions to his supplier and retail partners and is committed to staying ahead of trends in a constantly evolving industry.
